The JSDP, founded in 1989, has over 4,000 members. It publishes peer-reviewed articles in The Japanese Journal of Developmental Psychology (English-language abstracts available on this site) and holds its annual convention every March. The JSDP reaches out to scholars, students, and practitioners worldwide, to build bridges between Japanese developmental psychology and the international field.
